Following the severe flooding event of 2022, Upper Pinbarren Creek Road suffered significant damage across multiple locations. To ensure the long-term stability of the road, Hazell Brothers undertook extensive slope remediation efforts, including soil reinforcement and drainage works. Grassworx was engaged to provide expert erosion control solutions through hydromulching with Pro Matrix, applying a heavy-duty 5 tonnes of mulch per hectare to stabilise the site and promote rapid vegetation growth.

As part of Queensland’s Road Safety Program, the Noble Road intersection was upgraded to improve safety for turning vehicles. The project, managed by RoadTek, aimed to enhance road infrastructure while ensuring long-term environmental stability. Grassworx was engaged to provide expert revegetation solutions through hydromulching, ensuring rapid establishment of vegetation and effective erosion control along the newly upgraded roadside areas.
